We can accept payments in US$, UK£,

50% deposit required for all
bookings. Bookings are accepted on a first come first serve basis.
Receipt of your deposit confirms rental of unit. Final payment is due 2
weeks prior arrival. The cancellation charge to cancel before departure is
the loss of deposit.
Utility bills included in rental
price (subject to our fair use policy, please ask for details). Maid
service can be arranged and will incur a $60Bbds (Barbados dollars) per
visit - surcharge. Other services, such as transportation from airport, car
rental, restaurant reservation, etc., can be arranged for you. Please ask
for a quotation at time of booking.
A security bond equivalent to 1 week
applicable rate will be required. This will be returned in full after the
property has been checked for damages.
Prices may be subject to change at
the owners discretion.

Group Larger than Six?
No problem! If you need a 2nd house,
the house next door could be available for rent as well. It is the same
size of ours and it is furnished to the same standard. To check

Warning!
There is currently building
work in progress. The property is located on a fairly new
development and will continue to have some level of work going on for the
foreseeable future. This will not affect your privacy, but may create
additional noise during the working day. This has been reflected in the
price.
